I brought my snowboard (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.clasohlson.com\/se\/Ryggs%C3%A4ck-30-liter-Asaklitt\/31-5574\">thank you Clas Ohlson for the great bag<\/a>) and walked in my old Burton boots &#8211; the warmest boots I ever had &#8211; and in minus 22 it was needed.<\/p>\n<p>I started in the middle of the slope and got this wonderful image of a sleeping chairlift with the Big Dipper in the background.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adventurewithjonas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/DSC_1744.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"DSC_1744\" src=\"http:\/\/adventurewithjonas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/DSC_1744-300x199.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adventurewithjonas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/DSC_1745.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"DSC_1745\" src=\"http:\/\/adventurewithjonas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/DSC_1745-300x199.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After about 10 minutes of setting up the camera, taking pictures and packing it down again, I continued my hike up the hill. I made one more stop at the top of the slope before going up to the silent and dark mountain.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/adventurewithjonas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/DSC_1757.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"DSC_1757\" src=\"http:\/\/adventurewithjonas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/DSC_1757-300x199.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/adventurewithjonas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/DSC_1760.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"DSC_1760\" src=\"http:\/\/adventurewithjonas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/DSC_1760-300x199.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here, above the treeline there is more snow reflecting the light and makes you bath in light. At the same time I can see all the stars and the whole sky seems to sparkle. A very spiritual place to be!<\/p>\n<p>I set up the camera and took some more photos, enjoyed a thermos of hot chocolate and the view.
