The recipe will surely be improved, I already feel that raisins or chocolate drops would be great to try. If you try it first, please let me know how you did.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The recipe is based on &#8220;Martin&#8217;s easy Oat cookies&#8221; found here &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/receptfavoriter.se\/recept\/martins-enkla-havrekakor.html\">link to Receptfavoriter.se<\/a> <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The cookies turned out great, small dry cookies.<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">As usual I write my recipes with the instruction mixed with the ingredients, at the bottom there&#8217;s a grocery list to check what you need. I also write down different alternative ways I tried but rejected or just omitted in this recipe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.3.3&#8243; custom_padding=&#8221;0px|||||&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.3.3&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.6.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Time 40 minutes, work 10 minutes and 15 minutes baking time (times 2 plates) at 175 C in the owen<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Let&#8217;s bake<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Turn on the owen at 175 C, normal mode<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24px; color: #333333; letter-spacing: 1px;\">Mix the ingredients bellow with a dough stirrer or by hand<\/span><\/p>\n<p>200 grams room tempered margarine, if it&#8217;s cold you have to mix longer<br \/>1,5 dl sugar &#8211; I used coconut sugar<br \/>1,5 tbs baking powder<br \/>3,5 dl oats<br \/>1 dl potato starch<br \/>1,75 dl buckwheat flour<br \/>1 tbs vanilla sugar<\/p>\n<p>I can already see I&#8217;m missing salt&#8230; next time<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>When your dough is without lumps of fat, you&#8217;re done<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Make 30 balls and put them on two baking papers and flatten them with a fork as shown bellow.<\/b><\/p>\n<h4>Bake the plates one at a time in the owen for 15 minutes.<b><\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Let them cool down and eat with hot chocolate, or a beverage of your
